Service Personnel Staff Development Sessions

The Service Personnel Staff Development Committee has organized the following sessions for service personnel.  Please review the various sessions and make every effort to attend those for your service category.  If you have questions regarding a particular session, there is a contact name given for each session.  Bus Drivers will be informed of additional trainings by the Transportation Department.

Full-time service personnel are required to obtain 18 hours of staff development and half-time service personnel are required to obtain 9 hours of staff development.  It is the employee’s responsibility to obtain the required hours and to document their hours by completing a “Verification of Staff Development Participation” form.  The staff development committee has approved using the above trainings as “in lieu of” days for the following scheduled work days in the 2008-09 School Calendar:  Mon., Nov. 24, 2008 (Thanksgiving Week) and      Wed., Dec. 24, 2008 (Christmas Eve).
