Mrs. Webster

Mrs. Webster is now the librarian at East Hardy High School. She has been teaching since this school has opened in 1980. She attended high school in Wardensville, then went on to Sheperd to receive her BA and graduated from there in 1970. She graduated from JMU and earned her master's degree five years later. She now has her teaching endorsements in mathematics and library science.

Mrs. Webster has taught for 36 years, and she has taught at every high school in the county. When asked what she would like to improve at East Hardy High school, she says that she would like for the students to have more free time to read. She says the best thing about East Hardy High is the students and caring staff members. Mrs. Websters educational philosophy is that education involves the student, parent, and teacher, each putting forth their best effort and working together.
