This is an important reminder! Wednesday is a scheduled three hour early dismissal for all students. Thursday is Veteran’s Day and no school for students or staff. Have a good week!
Reminder that per our school calendar Hardy County Schools will dismiss three hours early tomorrow, Wednesday, October 27.
Mfld. Bus 2 will pick up all of bus 62 students as well as the normal bus 2 students. Bus 62 is going to pick up all bus 64 students. These changes are until further notice.
Schools in Hardy County will begin dismissing at 1:30. This is approximately 1 hour early for all Moorefield Schools and 1 hour and 30 minutes for all East Hardy Schools.
With the potential for heavy rain in the coming days, please make sure your child’s school is aware of how your son or daughter is dismissed should we have an early dismissal. You can send any updated information in writing with your child to school tomorrow.
Also be sure to answer any calls from the HCS number in the coming days since we may experience our first early dismissal or delay due to high water or flooding. The most current information regarding delays or dismissals will also be on our website and our Facebook page.
Stay connected to Hardy County Schools and download our new app from wherever you get your apps. You can also sign up for push notifications so you never miss important school information!
