At Moorefield Elementary School

 

Please bring the following:

• Legal State Issued Birth Certificate
• Up-To-Date Immunization Records
• Social Security Number
• Most Recent Physical from Doctor

Students who attended Pre-K this school year

DO NOT need to register for Kindergarten.

 

It is important to register your child so we can plan student activities and provide information about the beginning of next school year.
