After visiting the Udvar Hazy Air and Space Center in Chantilly, students in Mrs. Baker Thompson's class completed their mini research projects about a famous aircraft.

Our students have been working hard in art class and the Spring Show is up at the Moorefield Public Library. The art can be viewed during the library’s normal business hours.

5th grade field trip will be back to MIS closer to 4:00 due to some traffic issues.

After a long delay from the fall due to the government shutdown, MIS 5th grade students finally got to take their trip to DC to the Air and Space Museum! Everyone had a beautiful day to travel and enjoyed all the learning experiences. We cannot wait to hear all about their adventures.

MIS 3rd grade students enjoyed their mathematical journey with Easter eggs.
Students solved mathematical problems that were found inside of their eggs. Sometimes you find math problems and solve to move on, sometimes you win prizes. All in the fun of the activity. Great job students!
