Congratulations to Leaders of the Week of March 10-14: Oakley, Rowan, Brooklyn, Arianna, Alec, Isla, Jaya and Dylan

Moorefield Intermediate School Parents: MIS has had a change in secretary. Though we will certainly miss Ms. Lacey we would also like to welcome Ms. Briana. Therefore, if you have transportation changes or notes to send in; it is best to send them into the school directly but you may also email our new secretary at briana.wratchford@k12.wv.us
Please remember that if someone is out of the building, we can not always guarantee that we get notes in electronic form that day, which is why it is best to send notes in with the child on the day of the transportation change.
Thank you for your help and patience as we transition.

Subject: Important Guidelines for Spring Fling
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we approach the upcoming Spring Fling, we want to share some important guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all students.
Entrance Fee: $10 per student (cash only).
Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Only designated chaperones may stay. If you were not selected as a chaperone, please drop off your student only. Students must be signed out by a parent or guardian at the end of the event. No early departures unless signed out.
Photos: No money is needed for photos at this time. A QR code will be provided later for purchases. Please take any group pictures before arriving at Misty Mountain, as there is no space for parents to park and take photos.
Traffic Flow: We will be keeping traffic moving at Misty Mountain. Please be respectful and follow all instructions to avoid congestion.
Behavior Expectations: Fighting or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Students are expected to be respectful of the space, property, and each other. The venue has been generously donated, and any damages could result in liability for those responsible.
Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.
We appreciate your cooperation in making this a fun and safe event for everyone. Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Ashley Bailey PTO President
