It's that time of year again. MIS will be participating in the Smart 529 when I grow up essay. This can be done both at school or home, but MUST have a parent signature to send on. MIS is proud to say that we have had state winners from our school in the past! Teachers will be sharing more information in classes. Good luck!

🌟 A Proud Teacher Moment! 🌟
Brycen, a 4th-grade student in Ms. Billmeyer’s class, was struggling to find something he truly enjoyed reading. After a thoughtful conversation about his interests, Ms. Billmeyer encouraged him to bring woodworking magazines from home to read during class. Inspired by what he read, Brycen took on the challenge of building something—and the result was an incredible birdhouse!
Today, Brycen and his classmate Anna added food around the birdhouse to help our feathered friends find nourishment in the snow. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe how Ms. Billmeyer feels about Brycen’s hard work and creativity. 🐦💙
