The book fair will be able to start selling tomorrow. Please remind your family if you plan to purchase books. The book fair will be open from 12:15 - 3:00 tomorrow through next Monday.
As many of you have seen, our school library has transformed into a Scholastic Book store now through Oct. 18th. The book fair will be open for business starting on Tuesday from 12:15 - 3:00. We will have a family night next Thursday 3:15 - 6:00.
Trunk or Treat for EHEMS students! Thursday, October 28th from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at EHEMS. Wear your favorite costume and bring your treat bag! Vote for the best decorated trunk! Event sponsored by Capon Valley Bank.
Kerr's Grocery Math Activity
During the month of October, complete an activity at Kerr's Grocery in Wardensville and win a prize! You will also be entered to win a Kerr's gift certificate. Activity sheets are located inside the door of the store! Return completed sheets to your teacher.
The book fair is finally back this year! It will be in our school library to preview this week with your class, and it will open to buy things starting next Tuesday Oct 12th. Teachers will give out flyers with information to take home if they haven't already.

Wednesday 8/18: Back to School Open House 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. (This is for grades PK-8, however PK and K students will have an additional Open House opportunity).
Friday 8/20: First Day of School for Grades 1-12
Friday 8/20: Open House for Kindergarten only 8:30 - 3:30 *Students do not need to attend both open houses.
Monday 8/23: First Day of School for Kindergarten
Thursday 8/26: Open House for PreK 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. *Students do not need to attend both open houses.
Monday 8/30: First Day of School for PreK Group A
Tuesday 8/31: First Day of School for PreK Group B
Wednesday 9/1: All PreK attends
*Letters will be sent to all PK students and will include if they are in Group A or B as well as their teacher's name.
*Letters will be sent to all students in grades K-5 and will include their teacher's name.
*Students in grades 6-8 will receive a phone call letting them know when their schedule is available to view on Live Grades.
